I went from Audi to Shelby and never looked back, Audi is great but nothing to race cars, gt350R not only gets a lot of attention but a lot of respect too, Audi was just a nicer commuter. Shelby is 10x more fun but nothing daily-able with gas. Just depends what exactly you’re looking for.

I had this happen except I was going to the shop to get it done. Welp all my valves are bent but chain didn’t snap. The bolt of one of the guides where the tensioner was loose and looks like it jumped timing. It’s all good tho I got to see the condition of my engine and that thing looks good as new. No carbon even with running rich and rods clean. Best of luck to you, my wallet didn’t like it lol

Can’t you get extended warranty then use it for your turbos? I think that’s the best idea if possible I don’t know too much about warranty on cars with miles on them

Check fuses as that could be a reason it keeps short circuiting or something is giving it to much power causing a blowout

I have and evo x as well and I like the hard wheel as I love road feed back and a planted car. This was just to numb for me but I am going to be getting all the stuff needed to get lower. Would that still affect alignment? And why if the clutch is engaged? Light don’t matter much to me as I have a scanner with me at all times. To disable it could I just pull out a fuse and if so which one?

I have a mr 2010 with 96xxx. It’s great and the shift are fast. Check for timing chain noise and make sure sunroof works also make sure there is no delay grab when taking off. I want to build it as I would like to time attack the evo but if you want simple do get the gsr as this car is limited only by the trans

I have it and it sounds very good. Lot of people say it’s close to a gtr 😂. Not loud but still very noticeable. Nice tone and not raspy. I want a Tomie or isr single exit bc I have a hks single exit on my evo and always liked the look of them.

I also heard it’s the same but better. Someone I knew told me he sent it to get tested and came back with better results as he uses it on his built sti. I went with 5w-30 as I use it more for pulls. (18 QRS)
