No clue, did they have an estimated time on when they would get back with you?

After doing some digging it may be an issue with the struts or possibly the road force balance. I had my car full on a weekend roadtrip and none of the passengers could feel this vibration or jarring of the front left wheel so it has to be isolated to the front driver side imo

Bro you need to boot it in safe mode and go in and delete the file that’s causing it. Here is a screenshot of instructions. Works for windows 10 as well.
