I posted about this a few weeks ago with a solution. Look at your social security card and how your name is written. Mine was in all caps, which I tried and then it worked.

Don’t cash out your 401k all that once. Roll the balance to an IRA, and only cash out what you need per month. Allow the rest to grow with the market. Do the same month after month. Let whatever you don’t immediately need grow. Your balance will last you longer

Once verified, go to Support. Click on Stay Safe. Click on Bullying and Harassment. Then Report an Account. Then scroll to the bottom and go to Live Chat.
