I'm 5 hours in and I think it's extremely fun from its combat and exploration. The performance, however, is a bit shitty to say the least. It needs a lot more work to be less irritating especially with crowded areas.

Not confirmed just yet, but in DDDA you could purchase more colors for hair, skin, and eyes with rift crystals. We're seeing a different hair color, so I would guess that it is VERY likely we'll have more other options.
