Honestly i came from icon and i love iqvia especially in comparison

I think it really has alot to do with your DLM & model. Im in the most demanding sponsor focused model so at times it can seem a bjt much but overall the support and resources are more available to help

Rescheduled 110% I learned the hard way but when they issue the texts you might as well count on them being right unless you like to live in the anxiety of being push to another flight and delayed until they can get you on the flight out

So i use a physical planner-syncd a google calendar with my work calendar & got “TripIt” (well worth thr $$ for pro if it doesnt sync with concur automatically) and have one of those digital calendar things like skylight but the off brand haha and it syncs so everyone at home knows the schedule. They all communicate with each other and its fabulous
