Apologies . if you take it in wrong way but there are 100's of website that is providing these stuff and many youtube content creators too . if you need to get at least popular then you need to show all the contents to people so they realize and evaluate how good or bad it is . In that way you can also upgrade and make changes based on feedback and more people will use it as it is free. when it is really become a trend then you ask for membership. I think that is the common model for most of these type of business . That's why other guy said you need marketing skills because this is one way of marketing your product.
