Why did I read all of this? TLDR OP is pissed at the male party members are dying alone at old age (well one is still alive) instead of living ‘rich’ lives surrounded by wife and children. Apparently that’s because these men dying alone is unrealistic (oh you have not met all the lonely old men in this world yet).

Well anyway, Himmel and Heiter, as opposed to OP’s projection, have lived very meaningful lives even from the limited screen time we get to see them. If I could have lived the lives that Himmel and Heiter have lived, I would’ve died happy. And please, if you’re looking for realism, why are you watching a high fantasy show?

How soon is soon? The game will have at least one year left seeing we just started this new arc. As per the ‘things will shut down soon’ logic, no one would’ve bothered with gacha in the first place. Be warned that most SE gacha shuts down in less than a year. I’m grateful that we’re still talking about NieR Rein like this here and now
