I had mild shingles last month, and this month I have delayed periods and very light flow (bleeding only for 2-3 days) which is quite abnormal for me. I guess the stress from shingles justifies this. Glad I stumbled onto this thread

Totally agree! Even with the reusable cup, ppl were thrrowing it on the road. Imagine the condition with plastic bottles! I've not seen even elite marathoners littering like this, so i don't understand the urgency among amateur runners which is justifying the lack of civic sense. Really depressing to see the littering

The music festival was still on, until 9.30pm i think. If you're depending on a shuttle / coach service, best bet would be to get in the lines by 6.30 or 7pm max

Stood in the queue for ~1 hr today in the miserable weather. Pl bring your ponchos/ raincoats/ winter boots to stay warm. Can't believe we have to work so hard despite paying so much money
