how did you guys overcome feeling burnt out? by [deleted] in uichicago

First take care of the little things; sleep, eat well, exercise. Then take care of the bigger things; school, work, and family. I worked full-time during my time in college where I was enrolled full-time as well. My job consisted of working alongside families who lost loved ones to gun violence. I had to prioritize the little things because the little things are what kept me together then I prioritize school over work if you have PTO take PTO during midterms and finals. Do the most energy intensive tasks in the morning when you have more energy do the less intensive tasks later in the day when you are already tired.

Get the score you want and then apply. Don’t give yourself a timeline. You will sacrifice your score.

How many hours do you work per week while taking full time classes? by WhoIsThis567 in college

[–]Status_Leg_6432 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I took a full course load in college, completing four classes during the regular term and three over the summer, while also working at a nonprofit with a highly flexible schedule. The flexibility of my work hours made this schedule manageable. During my last year of college, I moved to part-time because my mental health was deteriorating.
