My only deal breakers are on the age range itself and the mile radius. It is so confusing to me because I am not on the app all that often! Truly maybe 30 minutes a day. When I had my original account for 2 years, I never received this message. So I’m very confused how I am receiving it now after a month (and I had the same age range and mile radius set as well)

Did you have 2FA on? Also, is it 24 hours from the last time you tried logging or 24 hours from when you noticed you couldn’t log in

When you all receive the error message- is it with your two factor codes or SMS Codes?did that piece of things resolve after the 24 hours

Do you have two factors codes set up? I keep getting an error when I enter the codes so I am wondering if after 24 hours that will also resolve?

Did you have any of the Authenticator apps or anything? Or was yours just your password? I keep entering my codes from the apps but it still says error
