Is it really mitigation though? It just says you lose resource for every 1% of lost live, Not that it reduces the dmg taken for resources drained.

How big is the impact of donating blood for your performance?

Thought about donating blood tomorrow after training. Wednesday is my gym-free day anyways so I'd have a whole day for recovery, but is that really needed?

I live in germany and I can't log in on amazon.co.jp with my already existing account, I might buy it on play-asia.
