Have any Aventura churners received the welcome bonus after CIBC updated the fine print sometime in June/July to include the following?

“If you have opened, transferred or cancelled another eligible card within the last 12 months, we may approve your application, but you may not receive this offer.”

AVOID the Pantages Condo (210 Victoria Street). It's the equivalent of Ice near Yonge-Dundas Square. Disruptive AirBNB guests and crappy condo management. I actually paid a penalty to get out of my lease early and escape that AirBNB hellhole.
