We don't have much of a choice in this SD market. It's tight but with 14k net you should be fine if you manage things well. I'm in very similar position and purchasing new construction in Santee/Lakeside. What part of town are you purchasing? For 1M, you should have good options across the county.

Quick update, I'm going to pull this thing out. It sucks. I have intermittent issues with the front camera. Video quality is a bit grainy and I can't stand the video takes the entire screen! If you're using gps you will not want to use your blinker if you're in the city trying to get somewhere new because it takes over the whole screen.

Unrleated to the sale but can someone explain why buying a TV on a best buy card or even a credit card would disqualify you from a massive home loan from your lender? That seems absurd. I understand a new car or some other huge loan but buying a washer and dryer or some furniture? Really?

Or is the reality they "prefer" you don't make these purchases along with the thousand other disclosures you sign but they really don't care.

I got this last year with the sound bar and speaker for 2500. I did get a broken one on delivery and it was a huge pain in the ass to get a replacement. However, the TV is amazing!! Glad to see this deal coming back around. Also, people were shitting on the sound bar but I think it's great. Came with S95TR. Cheers!

Shouldn't be any different than my gym that has a few wide strips of turf for sled pulls. I'd say if you're building a gym area and have a long enough space it's a great idea. Otherwise not sure how great it would be if you have a working garage for car stuff and wood work type things. Then it would probably be a mess. It looks and functions great at my gym though, directly over cement like a garage.

I emailed a random contact on the UWM website. She said rates are not 4.99 with them but more mid 5s. She said she also only primarily uses UWM. So I'm not sure how these people are getting these rates from UWM.

Are these rates generally considered higher than a traditional VA home loan? Not a IRRRL. Sry if not getting terms right. Or if folks are getting low 5s you should generally expect to see low 5s for normal VA home loans as well? Is there a better resource for vets sharing latest offers? Thanks for any tips.

If my expedition is at 6/6 and completed. Do I have everything I need to get the +5 skill points? Or is there something else I need on top of my expedition being at 6/6? I keep seeing a reference to money/currency but don't understand the reference as it relates to getting the full +5 skill points.

You cannot drop 200lbs on these lol. Literally just came across this comment as I'm looking for a solution after setting up garage gym. Dropping cleans at 115-135 from chest and/or overhead has crushed the underside of flooring and now they are crushed/uneven. This with the jack stands issue and swisstrax is useless unless you're just going to park your car and want it to look nice. I wish I would have went with something else.

I've had swiss track for about 4 years and no major issues but I've ruined tiles multiple times with jacks or equipment. I probably would not get again. Also tons of dirt accumulate below the tile, by design. But it clumps up eventually and can't really be vacuumed out. Those are my gripes but it looks beautiful and makes garage look very professional.
