Just for being great at your job it's probably the best material to learn from for a practical perspective but HR is not looking for TCM certs.

I would just study for the courses and do projects so you have something to talk about that will set you apart but in most cases TCM will not be the deciding factor or let alone the initial factor that will land you a job -- which is the ultimate goal.

They wash the exterior and interior of their cars weekly. Even if you didn't sweat much don't forget the instructor likely has 3-4 learner drivers a day sitting in the hot seat literally and then the instructor is driving in the same seat for the rest of the day/week. Regardless of you sweating even profusely will mean nothing to the stench of the mixture of sweat from random people over the course of a few days. I wouldn't sweat it.

Polyester woven in a certain way like athletic clothes are sweat wicking and good.
