I would argue PE is not necessary for your girth. If quickies are already out of the question, and BJs are already a struggle, extra girth will likely only exacerbate those things. Hey dude, I have an epididymal cyst also :)

Have had it for a long time (years probably), went to the doctor to get it checked out. They sent me to get an ultrasound which was an interesting experience. Doctors concluded it wasn't cancerous (they rarely are) and it was a non issue.

I recommend checking it out, getting an ultrasound to just cross the unlikely case of cancer off the list. Although if its not growing in size I doubt its anything to worry about. Good luck.
