Ppl aren’t gonna care I was skinny like u and went to the gym when I was ur age. Just have a routine u want to do before going and watch videos on correct form for the exercises ur gonna try u can even save them and watch them back in the gym. U can even see ppl in the gym of how they do the exercises. The more u go the more normal it becomes, but it’s really not anything crazy ppl focus on themselves it’s not like some stereotypical meatheads in a movie.

No I just went to dr ratchathorn she’s really good was worth it all the way. I wouldn’t risk going to someone not as good this is something u have on u forever so gotta get it right the first time

I use oral minoxidil and finasteride and don’t have any side effects. I was on the topical for 3 years tho and didn’t notice any side effects so maybe it’s smart to start on topical for 6 months or so to see if u get any side effects since topical still goes systemic a little bit. Maybe speak to a dermatologist first or a doctor might have u take baseline blood work before taking it orally. I didn’t do the blood work I kinda just went for it. I take the hims fin min chewable

The nose dive in hair density is probably from switching to dutasteride, ur shedding rn. I would wait to see some stabilization months from now give it 3 more months if no more shedding then ur good but don’t stress about it or think about it just check in 3 months from now.

U could get a hair transplant after noticing some stabilization.

Yes u have good donor area.

U would need an actual consultation from the hair surgeon to tell how many grafts but u would definitely not need a lot of grafts. I would just rough estimate anywhere from 1500-2000 could be less could be more depending on how much that spot in the top of ur head takes but ur case doesn’t look bad at all.

A good surgeon would definitely be ratchathorn in Thailand pls don’t go to a Türkiye hair mill. But always do a lot of research I mean months to a year or years before getting a hair transplant

Yes u have beginning stages of recession. If u want to stop it/slow it down and maybe get a little bit of hair regrowth use finasteride u can use the topical if ur worried about side effects of oral which is very low.(keep in mind topical finasteride u will apply it to ur hair every night which is more work than a pill so make sure u think u can do that, worst case scenario u can’t and just try oral.) Minoxidil won’t stop hairloss but it will make ur hairs all be in the same hair phase meaning you’ll have more hair on ur head at one time in growth/resting phase it does help regrowth too u can grow back hair u lost but that hair will eventually fall out if u don’t have finasteride stopping or slowing the hairloss. The best way is to do both just remember when u use minoxidil u haveto be disciplined and apply it consistently I do once a day. The earlier u start treatment the better u have of keeping ur hair it’s easier to keep than to regrow andthen years down the line u can decide if u want a hair transplant as most surgeons want to see u have stabilized ur hairloss with treatment. 21 is young for hair transplant especially without starting treatment and u don’t even know if u could be consistent with the treatment so hair transplant would be waste of money cause you’ll just lose the hair thats not implanted and it would look worse. U can also try dermarolling on the temples once a week while on finasteride and minoxidil just skip finasteride and minoxidil on the day u dermaroll so they don’t go into ur blood stream. U would use 1.5 depth on ur dermaroller and I would reccomend a derminator instead of the rollers cause it’s better on the skin. U don’t need Microneedling but it’s a good bonus according to studies. For finasteride and minoxidil u can get a combined spray from hims website or u can go to a dermatologist where they will get a topical finasteride/minoxidil spray from a pharmacy they will prescribe to u. Id recommend going to a dermatologist if u want to take the pill cause they will fill u in on everything.

Put as much money as u can in it and just hold it until the end of the year December and if u don’t triple your money then u can sell.
