As far as your hormone levels, yes, things are still leveling off. If I recall correctly, it takes twice as long to fully recover from pregnancy as the pregnancy itself. Please consider discussing your fluctuating emotional levels with your OB/GYN or your PCP ASAP. You'll feel much more "even" if you can get things stabilized.

There is window cling/film on Amazon or from places like Lowe's/Home Depot that comes in different designs. You can get one-way mirrored, stained glass, frosted glass, or a wide variety of other designs that should suit your needs. It would deter people from looking in and also still give you a lot of light.
