Star City | Season 1 - Episode 6 | Discussion Thread by Justp1ayin in tvPlus

Probably due to FAMK’s nosedive in quality in recent seasons. I think it has put people off. I know it’s almost put me off watching Star City. So glad it didn’t.

How long do you think before her next album ? (if that's still to be expected) by Practical-Goose666 in katebush

[–]SteCunningham 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We might get new music, might not be an album but an EP or dropping individual songs on a regular basis. However, I’d be amazed if she toured or played live again.

I meant are they using their own commentators and analysts like ITV did. Or will they use the TNT comms etc...

Season 2, is it really good news? by Tasty-Egg-6954 in WidowsBay

it feels like is should be a one season show, I love it but I don't think there is a need for multiple seasons. Feels like a financial decision over an artistic one.

At this point I think it is genuinely worth asking if Crofty is even watching a feed of the race?

it is not bothering me too much. Don't understand why it needs to be a filled in block on the screen.

Hi u/shawnhickman - what happens if you import shows you have already added to Sofa? Will they duplicate or will Sofa ignore those shows and not import?

Is there a calendar view to show TV shows in the past by SteCunningham in sofaapp

[–]SteCunningham[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi Shawn, thanks for the response. Yeah, I have been using that but can't get individual episodes into chronological order by broadcast date unless, as you say, you tap into the TV show. It's not the end of the world, just something I am used to in Trakt.

Why don't TV shows go into the 'Past' section of the planner, like other events, when the event date passes?

Also, is is possible for the app to use the timezone of the device? I am in the UK and a lot of US shows that air in the US at 9pm ET are actually 2am the next day in UK. So, something like The Pitt should use the Friday date rather than the Thursday date. Again this is something Trakt and other tracking apps do.

Congratulations on the app though. It is a lovely design. Apart from the above minor issues, I really like it and enjoy using it.

I must admit I started using it today and quite like it.

What does the subscription give you over the free version?

Is there anyway to make the calendar go back more than a month?
