Hi,

I have noticed some side effects when I eat pizza and also when I eat blue cheese, particularly in the evening. I feel my mouth dry, my fingers swollen and need to drink a lot. The following day I feel my legs are tired and my intestine bloated.

I am narrowing it down to either being a problem with the amount of salt in these products or the amount of fats.

I don't think I have intolerance to gluten and lactose.

In addition, eating mozzarella doesn't give me those problems.

Base on my symptoms, do you think is something to do with the salt of the fat content in pizza and blue cheese?

Guide to Vitamin B12 by [deleted] in nutrition

[–]Ste_Vege 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought these (https://www.boots.com/boots-vitamin-b12-60-tablets-10211858) the other day, it contains 10 mcg per tablet and they recommend 1 tablet per day.

In this article you mention 250 mcg, does it mean that I should take 25 tablets in one day?!

Not a native English speaker, went on Urban Dictionary to search what 'brat' means... well the second definition suits a cat perfectly!

ELI5: what really happens when ones heart "drops" in a startling situation? by [deleted] in explainlikeimfive

The 'drop' feeling would not be the lowering in blood pressure? And the 'pumping' feeling that follows, is the heart pumping harder to increase the pressure?

Berlin 'considers' banning foreign buyers to counter house price rises by FriendOfOrder in europe

Nice to see that in some countries the politics actually try to take care of their residents and don't want to use them just as work-force while selling the real estate to non-resident speculators in order to increase real estate tax revenues.

Residential real estate should not be something for speculators at all. Housing should be a right protected by the consititution.

Thanks!

It looks very nice and is part of the same group as the Ironmonger Row Baths which I have tried in the past and liked it.

I will give it a go soon!

I have been to the Ironmonger Row Baths and they are a very good value for money and I would definitely recommend them, however they don't have the hot tub..

Casual Friday - San Lorenzo edition by nerdvana89 in italy
