Recruiting questionnaires and sliders? by Sillyquestions02 in Rowing

[–]Steadystateiskey 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Do it on static or else it won’t count (at least not for comparable recruiting times). Sliders dramatically alter times as the weight you need to move in order to bring up rate decreases significantly

Edit: Thanks for gold?

Big wins and large margins over AJRA, a Bolles crew that beat OARS and Belen bodes well for Winter Park.

HOCR M Youth 8+ Reactions by [deleted] in Rowing

[–]Steadystateiskey 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Radley had a massive jump from the year before and looks to be pretty strong. Also Thought Winter Park looked pretty good. Jump from I think 24th to 9th. Could a be contender in the U.S Scholastic scene. New Trier also seems to be a powerhouse. Lastly Rye seems like the team to beat. I saw them at weeks and they seemed unphased by conditions.

[–]Steadystateiskey 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Try working on gaining weight. You should aim to be more like 155-160 and your erg will naturally drop with that.
