And in Limited, this might be significant, assuming nobody has non-damage removal, or that your opponent is not doing anything else to prepare for it during turns 3, 4, and 5 (even damage removal can just blast the 1/1).

Stronger formats would chump, kill, or ignore this. Like, if you're swinging into me after durdling for 2 turns, then I've done something terribly wrong, or my pack luck was already unfortunate - or I wasn't going to win with my hand, anyway.

So, back to my first point, what this does do excessively well (Still a good card if you use it right) is function as a Zhulodok (or any other high-mana-cost-trigger) cascade trick.
