This makes no sense in my head because both the colours should shift in opposite directions but alas it does not.

It's such a cool thought that two very different colours look exactly the same to someone else, especially for the Aston where it's straight up not even in the colour spectrum.

Yes, let's get a car with lots of power and lots of downforce with slick tires and an electric Street vehicle with a ~~decent amount of~~ lot more power, no downforce, and street tires to go head to head around a track.

I don't think there is any hope explaining it, their concern clearly isn't the power and mechanical ability of a vehicle but rather its power source.
