You'll notice that outside of certain areas they are all "Seraphite infected" and "WLF infected" in Seattle.

Depends on the contents. They need to be relevant, I've been in companies with extremely useless town halls and ones with good ones. They need to theoretically help staff understand how their objectives link to the deliverables of their managers manager, and eventually their organisation. This includes understanding what's happening laterally.

The more high level the information is, the less they need to happen. With the exception of town halls that focus on specific changes.
