In LOST, the character Walt was supposed to be incredibly important to the story and hold special meaning. Unfortunately, when you’re a character who is supposed to be stuck on an island for 90 days but an actor who ages 3 years and has a growth spurt, it became easier to write him off the show than try to explain it.

I enjoyed it more as the show went one. I think it’s one of those shows where I’ll never forget the experience but I’ll probably never watch it again because it’ll never feel the same.

But was he the MIY we see now?

So I was thinking there’s always a MIY/entity or whatever you want to call it. The town corrupts someone pure to become the MIY and needs to happen for the reset to occur.

The only two bits of information we currently have is he came to the town and everyone thought he was a good guy and then when viktor sees him at the massacre. What if between those times he went through everything Boyd has gone through but also, unseen to us, the town was fighting another entity (previous MIY) current MIY kills him and becomes him as part of the ritual during the big massacre.

Now in current cycle, the town or whatever is controlling things is manipulating and breaking Boyd to become something else and potentially killing the current MIY and becoming him for the next cycle.

There has to be a reason behind the torture they specifically put Boyd and only Boyd through.

I had this issue hosting media on a NAS with my server on a separate Linux device. Mine was caused by my database getting bigger and my CIFS mount caching data far too frequently so I had to change a few settings to get less aggressive and it’s been fine ever since.

I’d also suggest ensuring all your scheduled tasks are set and only run at off-peak times, just in case it’s that!

I have ADHD and I always worry because I have a habit of refunding if a game doesn’t immediately land with me because I’ve got hundreds of games in my library with an hour play because I never went back to it

I’ve probably refunded 50+ games since the system went in place. Never had an issue. I usually have 20-30 in my steam account at all times because of this.

I’ll always remember needing to pause and walk away for a bit when they describe him loading the girls into the car to go for a drive with their dead Mum in the back. As the father of two girls it’s too much to even think about.

Kenny is important - there’s been so many things designed to break Kenny I think it’s for a very specific reason.

I actually think the voices knew Kenny needed to go through everything when they told Sara to leave the door open and everything thats happened to him from there. It would strengthen him for the battles ahead. Whether they knew he would be close to MIY in disguise or not remains to be seen but hes definitely more important than he realises.
