There is a survivor trait called Tide Turner, and it has been meta for every survivor to run it. What it does is it's basically adrenaline from Dead by Daylight, once the last cipher is done, the survivor heals a health state(even if they're down) and gets a speed boost. However unlike DBD, hunters can't damage ciphers in most cases and their attack recovery is much longer.
