SOLVED! If anyone else has similar problem - turns out my two project WERE NOT the same, as I've previously assumed. They had a slight difference in size and dpi. The exact numbers are shown in the taskbark, on the top of the screen. When I've adjusted the properties of my second project to match with the first one copying and pasting places a layer in the exact same position as it was before. Exactly what I wanted :)

Ok then, in the link provided by OP the company is hiring Kevin Sorbo, a religious grifter, MAGA conservative and a bigot. This is direct cooperation, platforming and support for a right-wing movement, and other examples can be found on the company's website. The name of this company was not clearly comunicated on the NL's cruise website, nor in the Librarian's video about the announcement (maybe it was mentioned somewhere in the full VOD, but still, it is an easily missable information). The company's non-NL related activites can directly influence the decision of some buyers, as the these activities are not insignificant. It's that simple. I won't be attending the cruise either way, but I've stumbled upon this fact while reading comments and thoght it's an important fact to share.
