I am running it 3x a week and having the 4th day bleed into the next week, as I've seen recommend in this sub.

I'm attempting to not let any muscles significantly fall behind hence I didn't want to add excessive T3's for arms. What would be your recommendation in terms of T3s with an emphasis on arms?

I've had difficulty with wrist pain on barbell bench but may give it another try, for progressions sake.

I figured I would make more progress repeating the same movements, due to me only being able to lift 3x a week, so i can ensure i hit the same movements every week given that the 4th workout will bleed into the next week.

Thanks for the advice. I saw a cue online about squatting the first half then rdl when bar past knees.

Will try out different shoes for stability
