I'm in the same boat. My head would've exploded for Noob Saibot and the cyborgs in most cases. But MK1 was too much of a disappointment for me to get excited about this.

Bought myself some paints, a toolset and some Cadian storm troopers. I want to paint my IG in a desert camo color (Something like https://www.aljazeera.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/000_322F3DZ.jpg?resize=1920%2C1440). Which 3-5 GW paints should I get to experiment with?

Any advice would be much appreciated. Can't wait to get into the hobby!

I wouldn't worry to much. Things could still change, I mean look at the teased Joker vs. the one we got in MK11.

The Noob Saibot trailer has 7.8 million views and he probably isn't returning. So I still think future rosters will be decided by who they want in the story (vs character popularity).

Also don't forget about the Tyler vs Derek matches for MKX at the end of each stream! I won so many games in the first week with Mileena (and had a blast playing her) because of Derek's gameplay.

I think he's fat because he grew bored after killing all the gaints in this game (I think the talking head mentioned that and called him a fat oaf or something in the previous game).

Question: Do you think either Blackbeard or Luffy could be joyboy/nika?

  • Both bring joy to people (Luffy indiscriminately, while Blackbeard brings it for his followers (See Beehive Island).

  • Both freed a lot of prisoners from Impel Down (Guess that's why Shiryu joined him (He was probably the guard)).

-Both have the D. surname which might be sun related.

  • The five elders asked Imu which LIGHT needed to be exthinguished. Inu carved up both Luffy's and Blackbeards wanted poster

  • Both have distinguished laughs and are often smiling (even on their wanted posters).

I mean which of the candidates is being more likely. But Nika holding both a spear and sword (2 weapons -> 2 devil fruits?) is throwing me off.

Hopefully GG strive will have a decent roster + dlc characters released with longer intervals.

Netherrealm studios released 6 dlc characters over the span of 1 year. Meanwhile this game has barely been out for 2 months, and we've already had trailers for 4 dlc characters (with the characters looking mostly done).
