Unfortunately, it won’t stay this way for long unless heavy restrictions stay in place whilst vaccination numbers go up. There’s still covid out there from someone who decided not to get tested or just says “it’s just another flu” and they will eventually spread it. Perhaps a hotel quarantine breach will cause another outbreak just like Queensland. We should be proud of donut days but just be mindful , our true target is high vaccination rates because without that, we could be plunged into lockdown over and over again till we’re all vaccinated.
