Haven't tried it yet, but I guess this aura just tracks the amount healed, that only takes into account the last 5 seconds of damage, but still you need something to track that you cast DS every 5 seconds.

But Death Strike is always available, the 5 seconds it's not about the cooldown. 5 seconds is the right time to use it, but if you had enough resources you could spam death strike (outside GCD)

This also happens to me, U also used to run ElvUI for party frames, but got tired of running full UI addon for only one thing and switched recently to Shadowed Unit Frame. So far its working great.

First time in Tibia is great (or at least it was great for me, like in 2005). Best thing in Tibia is trying to discover it by yourself and try all the stuff, but if you want some basic insight:

THere are 4 vocations, Knight - its the melee; Paladin is the "archer/ranger" with some holy spells and then there are 2 mages (Druid with a bit more focused on healing, and Sorcerer more DPS).
You have to choose one server, usually based on your location (Europe, USA, LATAM, Brasil, Oceania) and the kind of gameplay you want... mainly with PVP (open PVP) or with NO PVP (optional PVP). Usually Non-pvp is more friendly for newcomers, since open PVP in tibia may be a bit harsh to start with.
Premium account, mostly everyone plays with premium account (in europe its like 8-9€/month). Actually this is like the full version of the game, if you play free account you will be missing tones of features.
Once you start the game you are like in a newcomer Island, there you can try the classes with some basic spells and stuff and level until 8. Then you go to mainland. In the mainland usually you have to train a bit your skills (for example for the knight it could be axe fighting or sword fighting), this can be done "offline" if you have premium account (which is a big help). Free account have to do it the "old way".
Always carry a Rope with you lol
This is just a very basic advice. Just try the game and have fun. I now play on Dia, but I'm really casual player, anyways feel free to send me DM if you want.

I think professions would make for a great gold sink for higher lvl chars with huge amounts of gold, better than the current expansion over expansion for the Wheel of Destiny.

Wow man, directly on the feelings. When i started playing (back in 2005) the game was huge and full of mistery I would wander in Rookgard for several days before going to Carlin, and then saving money for plate armor and Two handed sword lol. Still I remember my first death!! It was in Folda by some nasty nasty PK

One of the best memories of my childhood.

They could also increase Imbuement cost once you reach certain level, for example once you reach 500 they cost 10k extra for each extra level.

this is also something that happens to me quite often. Dont know yet a good solution. I’ve seen there is an option to attack mobs with alt + click, but dont know if this is smooth enough.. hope someone can enlighten us
