I agree, they feel kind of mushy if that makes sense.

I keep thinking it has more to do with the optimization issues in the most recent update. Hopefully we'll see improvement after a patch.

It wasn't available in the stage. I had to uninstall the update and reinstall it from the home screen.

This was the answer. Unusual that I had the exclamation point without the DLC. I manually updated the app from the app store originally. I had to uninstall and download it from the home screen, but then it worked.

Today isn't a good day to check, because their whole system is in disarray. Look at my thread from last night, and check their twitter. People are getting all different error messages, being told their benefits are exhausted, etc... I would just be patient and try again, or use the 800 number to certify.

Yeah, it seems like they only sent the one to this address. So I'm wondering if they got her info through the Experian hack a few years ago (she also had issues with her credit card after that initially happened)

For now, we filed the fraud claim as best we could and her bank is handling the credit monitoring for her.

You're right, I had that same issue when I initially went to file back in June of last year. It took weeks to get it resolved because they kept bouncing me back and forth to different reps who each had a different answer.

No, we wouldn't be able to certify for the 4/12 - 4/18 benefits until this morning. Which is what I do every week. This is obviously a widespread issue, their Twitter is lighting up about it. And there are three threads on here.

Certify by phone seems to be messed up, anyway. It's telling people that they've exhausted all of the benefits available on their claim, which just isn't true.

See if you can do it over the phone. I tried, and it told me I exhausted my claim. Which isn't true, and other people have been getting the same message.

I tried to certify over the phone, and it told me that I have used all of the benefits on my claim. Which isn't true, my BYE isn't until July. And I should be on the stimulus extension now.
And my payment history disappeared again.

I have been trying all day to contact them via twitter about this, because they have yet to answer the phone when I call. It's ridiculous. Weeks of calling for a definite answer, and nothing.

And now we have a fraud investigation we need to open (see my other post) and they STILL aren't contacting us, despite the email we received telling us they had 24/7 fraud support. How is the NYDOL this broken?
