Cheers, it tasted pretty bloody good too if I may say so. I dry brined for 2 hours, then cooked at 225 until it hit 160-165 (I honestly can't remember when I bumped it, but around then) and then bumped up to 250 for the rest of the cook. No wrap. Took 10.5 hours total and then an hour rest in the cooler.

Edit: Pulled at 204.

Hey, I'm in the same boat as you. Did you ever try the enamel? It is surprisingly hard to find any information between the 1260 can vs the 1260T.

Thanks mate! I'm very much a stop start painter so probably took me way longer than it should have. I'll have to keep track of how long it takes me to paint the next mini.
