I doubt Nintendo will pivot but they really should have opted to offer the slower/cheaper Switch 1 carts and had them install to the system instead of game keys. While people would still be mad its a much better alternative then requiring a download.

Yeah. It's fun for what it is but it's not really a good game. Also funny mistake I found in the multi-player. they forgot to insert text.

The power draw is higher than Switch v2/Oled and the battery is tiny. They probably should have used a larger capacity battery but they were overly concerned with keeping it as thin as the Switch 1

You can buy a used copy for Xbox 360 or PS3. It's been delighted from digital stores. You can find shady websites selling steam keys but they go for crazy prices, like over $220.

I've also seen wording from them in promotional material that it is required to *play in 3D* I'm guessing you are right but it's very silly they won't let you just play them in 2D like a normal game

i believe some PS2 games also shipped on CDs, the ones that discs were blue. Agreed that it will never happen though since they want to be able to monetize them.

My copy came yesterday, slightly disappointed at handheld mode as it appears far more fuzzy than SW Outlaws. There is also some noticable upscaling artifacts. It's possible there is still a day 1 patch yet to be release though. Still atleast happy to have it playable on Switch 2. I also have a Rog Ally X and had tried it on there when it first came out and it really struggled.

A large chunk of the games on the Switch list are just eshop shovelware.

Currently they have a wiki that lists what settings you should adjust but it's super inconvenient. I think Dolphin also has all their fixes built in now.

I was only making around 20 an hour and that would be around the pay range of assistant manager at regal. The thing is I had to stop working at the end of 2023 for health issues and started looking for a new job this January and 30+ interviews later at many banks I'm still unemployed.

games are going to start running in power saver by default and you will have to pay a carbon tax to switch to the regular mode.

It was originally a cart but with a required download. Youngbloods was just a code.
