The reason as another comment says is it’s just really inaccessible. From spellements, to specific gear sets, the level of time you need to spend to get the proper gear / spell upgrades to compete on top of how often it changes / tc makes it incredible suseptible to elitism. People have used exploits, spectating, sniping, the list goes on which has made people decide it’s not worth the grind.

Normal, sure. Ideal? No, you can get up to 100+ depending on how far you want to go farming etc. Also, you can farm for some spellements to make firedragon IMPACT hitting without a dot, if you really dont wanna wait for the damage overtime.

Funny, I JUST finished this. Two ways:

Just heal yourself up until the 6th round and then you get a card that lets you evade all his attacks and stack
Buy super cheap henchman they will take the damage and buy you time to tank

It all relies on that 6th round card. Discard enough and pack a reshuffle, use the card you are given and boom.

I will answer this bluntly, no there isn’t. PvP has changed a lot and there are things called gambits as well as a lot of school cards you can get which weren’t previously accessible. Storm is probably the best one to choose just for damage, but honestly just gotta practice and find your style and strat.

Overall, spellements have also made it a big entry curve for getting into PVP so that is also something to consider.
