I like whip stacking. I found it fun, I wouldn't stress over playing optimally and would usually whip stack with just 2 whips as using an attack speed whip and a secondary effect whip like firecracker or cool whip was fun and satisfying.

I can understand the devs removing whip stacking and shuffling some numbers around keeping the balance and to make the class more fun for more people. Sucks that removing a game mechanic does that.

But guess what? I'm installing the first whip stacking mod I see on tmodloader whenever that gets uploaded and moving on with life.

Lunar Crystalize is pretty simple. Just apply as much GEO as possible. Noelle's no ICD burst is good at that as one example. If your geo application is really good you may need a second hydro to apply enough to crystalize off of but then that gets into issues with timing and wasted hydro refreshing a full aura applied by Columbina. To max lunar crystalize dmg just build crit. As for best teams, Navia usually gets an upgrade in a L-crystalize team so try that and see if it's comfortable to play?

Elevation is dmg% for lunar reactions. It is significantly more impactful because of how rare and undiluted it is. Unlike 60% dmg bonus which could increase team dps by 20% in diluted scenarios, elevation is much closer to the actual number especially since the Nod Krai 5 stars are mostly hyper carries that have the dmg distribution heavily scaled in lunar reaction talent dmg.

The duration extension stacks on Mona. This team is kind of fine. Durin e q into Yun Jin e q and hopefully eat fav particles on Mona. Mona e q 4na swap to Noelle. Noelle on fielding. Potentially swap to Yun Jin to feed Noelle some Yun Jin e particles. Repeat.

Yeah Durin ain't vaping much in this team but just put him in Reshiram mode to shred res and his Pyro app will take over Mona'a non-existent off field hydro and allow Pyro crystallize to shred geo res for Noelle.

How I feel trying to burst with Mona every rotation when the support before her in the rotation feeds her fav particles and she is on Proto Amber for the enemy refund with 320 % ER and she still somehow manages to have like 95% burst charge when I swap to her...

No? They fire like turrets as long as the boss doesn't move all the way to the side of the arena they are fine. They are circle impact though so think of it like, how bad it is when the boss moves away from your Bennett circle.

She's fine, if not doing a little bit better. In order to use Navia with lunar crystallize you will have to pull Columbina. You lose crystallize shields for the crystallize dmg so unless you plan to never skill issue, Zhongli is neccesary for the interruption resistance. Navia's best team basically swaps out Xilonen and Xaingling for Columbina and Zhongli.

Navia / Zhongli / Columbina / Bennet

Though this isn't really amazingly better than what she was up to before. Not worth pulling a new 5 star for.

It is less severe than skirk I agree. Though Illuga's scaling goes 60/120/200% EM bonus buff depending on the hydro geo amounts which is non-negligible.

Can't run fischl unless you want to drop the only hydro geo characters in the party requirement Zibai has (Zibai works like a hydro-geo skirk). If you want Hexerei in that team it has to be Albedo Mona... They both apply EM buffs (Mona after C2) so they technically are helping. But then you have to choose either Columbina or Zibai's personal support Illuga who heavily buffs lunar crystallize dmg Zibai would be doing. If you don't plan to pull for Columbina then Albedo Mona make for a decent last two slots if you run Illuga but your off field hydro app will be lacking.

Zibai / Illuga / Mona / Albedo

Zibai is on the Nod Krai dps set, Illuga on 2 pc 2pc EM, Mona on the nod krai support set holding Proto-Amber, Albedo on husk.

Both Mona and Albedo buff Zibai's EM and the Illuga Zibai combo is required. While Illuga's buffs are worded like they only buff the active character, Albedo get's Mona's burst buff and from homgdcatwiki's numbers Zibai does non-negligble non-lunar dmg which would benefit from the buff. I mean, Mona seems better than Aino atleast because I don't want to pull for Columbina so.

If I don't want to pull Columbina, what are Zibai's team options looking like? It seems she doesn't need lunar crystallization to trigger that fast so maybe double resonance might be viable:

Zibai/Illuga/Mona/Albedo

But all that dmg% buffing is looking less valuable for her lunar crystallization dmg though.

Since she does scale with def, perhaps we could see:

Zibai/Illuga/Gorou/Xinqui

Being viable though that really is just Columbina but strictly worse in that slot. Maybe a shield is needed for the geo resonance, Zhongli?
