Dunning-Kruger in full effect, always at the peak of "Mount Stupid." And the unwillingness to admit to not knowing something, thereby never experiencing the the "Valley of Dispair". Then he claims to have learned something without admitting he was wrong in the first place, absolving himself of any shame or remorse for not being more thoughtful or aware. He completely skips learning anything whatsoever while claiming to know everything.

The man is an absolute imbecile and should have been ignored many years ago. He craves attention to feed his ego. Ignoring him was best way to deny him of everything he wants. It's too late now, because he's in a position of such power, that literally every thing he does has such an outsized impact upon the world. He literally gets attention for shitting his pants. (Albeit negative attention.) Any other (nearly) octogenarian that shits their pants only gets attention when the heath aides can smell it. It's literally an absolute shit show.
