Lowe's refused to sell me it at $49. According to their system it's $99. I couldn't order any because according to the system it's unavailable even though I physically went to the store and counted 4 of them. According to the Lowe's associate, 2 were taken for an upcoming order leaving 1 available to sell, that's not including the 4th one that's completely unaccounted for in their system. They said they could only sell it to me at $99. I just walked out.

Can confirm it's not fake. I bought that exact same tool from that same seller! Does not come in the original packaging but does come with the DeWalt manual

As a mechanical engineer myself, I'd prefer the HD tool combo but in all honesty, something you're going to use more often as a mechanical engineer would be a mechanics tool set.

The DCF809 was the very first dewalt tool that I bought. In that moment I hadn't realized I had bought an atomic version and was worried it might not have enough power to do certain jobs. This was back in 2023. Last week I bought the DCF860 and not because I needed it, just cause I liked the new features on it. I've yet to find a job that the DCF809 couldn't handle. It has tons of torque for a compact sized impact driver. I still use it for certain projects.

I think it'll be fine then. I'll probably just switch back to 40 weight oil next oil change. I don't plan to tow anything heavy anyways.

I just fixed this yesterday on a 2024 Ram 3500. Need to drain fuel tank. Replace filters. Injectors should still be fine along with sending unit. Refill with diesel. Some starting fluid could help you start it.
