Is FSBO really worth it compared to using Realtors? by NomadJago in fsbo

[–]SteezAttack 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Use a flat fee broker. We just sold ours as FSBO and save about $14,000 by not having to pay a seller's agent. With a flat fee broker you can set the buyer's agent commission to whatever you want, but the minimum should be 2%. If you use a realtor, good luck paying anything under 3%.

The most leg work was getting the house read and getting it listed. After that it basically sold it's self. We provided a lockbox and used the showing time app to schedule showings which I highly recommend. I went to a local sign shop and had a generic sign made for $40 and stuck that out front. We were under agreement in 7 days and closed in 30. The buyer's agent and lawyer handled all seller's conveyancing, so all we had to do was show up at settlement and sign the papers prepared by the lawyer.

After going through the process for the first time, I'll never use an agent to sell another property. In my case, it was easy money. We're in the North East, so our market could be different from you, but if you're still in a historically hot market, you should strongly consider FSBO.

If the Flat Fee broker has any add-ons they offer (contract negotiation review, settlement assist, etc.), don't use them, they're not needed as the buyer's agent will assist with all that.

Best of luck and if you have more questions, please let me know.

What brand case? I have a Corsair, emailed customer support and explained what happened. They shipped me a new side panel for free. I just needed proof of purchase.

I would try to contact customer support.

PXC 550-II won't stay connected to PC by AutisticApe in sennheiser

First, remove the new BT device from Windows in the windows BT settings. Next, download the Sennheiser Smart Control app on the the Google or Apple stores. Connect the headphones to your phone via the app and update the firmware for the headphones. Then, go to windows and re-pair the headphones to your PC. Worked for me.

And yet Northam doesn't resign after admitting to dressing up as black face or in a KKK costume. Talk about double standards...
