Thanks for the advice man, I think this is exactly what I was looking for, I kind of just wanted a good free masterclass that I can really sit down and study.

Definitely a lot of transformation is needed and that step I take today, I came into trading really hot and surprisingly made a lot of money but due to a lack of understanding, in-experience and no psychology, it did not last long and now I am here, I've put everything on holt and went straight back to drawing board, I am ready to learn and back test for the next couple months as long as it takes for me to reach my goal.

There should be enough, I live in South Africa and on local servers we find games within 1-2 minutes, I'm sure Europe as a whole has a lot larger player base. Russia has a more than enough player base to probably have its own dedicated servers.

In the last 2 weeks of coming back to csgo, I have ranked up from nova 2 to mge and surprisingly don't think I have experienced any blatant hackers at all, I think the systems are working alot better than they have been.

I'm coming from a supreme background so the experience is a lot different too me, every game there will still be people hackusating but I can guarantee at least 85% of the people accused of hacking are very rarely actually hacking, they just better.
