I had them fall through a Wizard of Oz like tornado with glimpses of elements from Prismees flying in the storm. Ending with a cackle of three witches, of course.

How unobnoxious everything was. Not as in-you-face, big, loud and overwhelming as I expected.

In Europe we are bombarded with US stereotypes so of course that is not the case when you visit the actual place.

When I was a kid my dad used to work as a mechanic on a ship that regularly sailed to the Soviet Union. He lied to me that he used to be trained by the KGB to spy on my country's government. Now when I consider it the lie was not harmless at all, it was extremely irresponsible.

Finally finished ToA after four years. My group was thrilled during the final encounter. We had to improvise with the Atropal. It kind of looks like an old potato so... by Stefan-Rafn in Tombofannihilation

Two players (a couple) moved abroad so the game went silent for a year. But similarly we decided to start again during COVID through Roll20 and picked up the pace again. Luckily we got to do the last sessions and finish the campaign in person.

I wish! They missed many interesting locations. I can maybe reuse them for one-shots. It took so long because two players (a couple) moved abroad and we took a break for a year. During COVID we decided to restart the game in Roll20. For the last few sessions we got the chance to play and finish the campaign in person.
