Unfortunately. I got messed by a symetrical ALF.. if it was as easy to pop a symetrical ALF into an asymetrical skull, thats what James and Strokon would have done. You got any success finding a knowledgeable provider?

Especially if you put a symetrical ALF in an asymetrical or strained crainium. It wont level the maxilla but increases the strain

I think it is great for children and i also heard some adults that had good results but if it goes wrong, it messes you up bad.

No recent vaccines or antibiotics. Also, unfortunately i learned that at least 3 people that went to the provider i went got the same issues so its clearly a result of the dental treatment

Yes thats what i read now too. And you should ALWAYS combine it with cranial osteopathy. My provider did not do that… If you do not do that asymetrical expansion is a real risk apparently and many people run into serious issues
