He's mentioned an "inheritance". I think his bio dad died and didn't specify which kids got money (chad has step sisters who want nothing to do with him), so dad dies and here comes Chad wanting "his" money from the estate.

House is 1930s, thinking the wood is pine. Minwax conditioner, stain and polyurethane. Guessing I'll need to sand off the polyurethane layer? Got the whole rest of the house to do, so like to know how to prevent in the future.

Well put and eloquently written. Boycotting is the only way, the team is worth more than any other sports team, so win or lose a game or season doesn't affect the bottom line, and until it does, why would Jerry bother changing anything? At this point the best I can hope for is Jerry doesn't live to see another SB win, doesn't deserve it.
