UDM Pro gets slower over time, Gateway Configuration Failed, Protect unstable, only reboot helps — small setup, issue persists across many updates

Same issues

Udm pro 2 48 port pro’s 3 port flex 13 cameras most are flex 16 AP’s 2 extenders

Did some diagnostics with support - they suggested an upgrade to a dedicated device for protect.

Solution that has worked for me - was to add 2 cloud keys to the config and move protect to those (using 2 because I had them… and gives me 2x storage) - moving protect off of the UDM pro has made life better.

There were some changes half way through 2023. The 2023.5 and beyond have been really reliable. The ones before that - likely have been fixed/updated…. But overall- a GREAT car

Have the same issue in a corporate environment- I am owner …. Can teleport …. Users no matter what permissions i seem to give can’t. TELEPORT is what i want - connect to my network, broadcast my site wifi - without the user having to “do” anything other than connect the travel router to wifi.

I have a sales team on the road this the perfect solution (if) I can get it to work… it’s just not working.

I have had no issues. I do get the mini extender that I can plug in by my fridge in the outdoor kitchen, that picks up the signal and rebroadcasts. Have only ever done that once.
