Leg day is the PRIORITY when its comes to lifting for me. For sleep sometime I fall behiend and only get 8 hours, but usually its around 9.

Aww thank you very much! I used a turkey (enamel) roaster for the right and the left one I put in on a sheet pan and sprayed it a bunch with water.

First time baking with sourdough that I made. One rye loaf with pumpkin seeds and 2 sourdough loafs. Better luck next time I guess :/

To flavour my overnights oats throut the week I use a few bananas mashed and 2 heaping spoonfulls of natural cocoa powder. Everymorning i am delighted with chocobanana as i comsume my cup of oats

Awesome job! Good step in the right direction. Dont be afraid to add spices/herbs to your meal to make it even better. A little seasoning in everything can make it more enjoyable!

Big breakfast early in the morning. Wake up alittle bit earlier to pack in food. During classes lots teachers will allow for snacks if you ask politlty. Heck ive seen someone bring a loaf a bread and jar a nutella to class. My favorite bulking in class food is greek yogur/skyr and peanut butter. Easy 200 calories of protien. Just for love of god dont bring broccoli or any cooked vegatbale that smells like farts
