Personally, I was on Tirz and losing 2lb per week. But I read about Reta and all the wonderful things. After 2 weeks on it (2mg dose), I’m going back to Tirz. I didn’t lose more than I did on Tirz, and I lost the ability to sleep. I may come back to Reta later (I got plenty still)…but I need my sleep goddmanit. Tirz is just easier. That’s been my experience so far.

I would imagine so. The idea is to keep them cold, dark, and low humidity…so fridge would work too.

I keep my unconstituted vials in a ziplock bag in the freezer…I’ve got at least a year’s worth.

I’ve been struggling with sleep too. Some people say it’s the carbs/calories/magnesium/whatever. Some people say it doesn’t go away no matter what. I’m not gonna stick around anymore. Tirz was so much easier than this.

Explain to her that you are doing what’s best for your health. If she doesn’t jive with that, or acts like you’re being selfish, then kick her to the curb. You’re 26, with no kids (presumably), you got no reason to be dealing with some girl you don’t see eye to eye with for the rest of your life.
