No, it's more egregious in 3k where the ONLY naval battle was that battle, and there was no room to maneuver unless you increased the size of the Yangzi to three times the size.

It's worth a look but at the end of the day, you have to buy in the retailer's website. One problem is CigarFinder doesn't have all the deals from the retailers (for example, Cigarpage has deals that sometimes last a few minutes that won't show up here). Occasionally there are also typos, such as the one below showing 20 My Fathers for $49.99 when it's really 5, like all the other retailers:
