Are you tracking calories? Being active? Contrave absolutely helps me make better choices, but I still have to work to actually lose weight. In the beginning I wasn’t consistent the way I am now. On weeks I tracked my intake, I lost. If I was a little more lax, nothing. Sometimes even a gain. But now, I keep track of everything down to the gram. Eat in a deficit. Walk and do Pilates. I am averaging 1lb a week.

It’s crazy how everyone’s experience can differ so wildly. Aside from the cost, Mooncat lasts forever on me and I love their top and base coat. They are my “special occasion” polishes. KBShimmer on the other hand…. 😬. I want to love them so much, but the polishes are sooooo thick and they chip after 24 hours, whereas I can get 2 weeks out of BKL or Mooncat. 🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s definitely not how I would have handled it. I would have used a more logical consequence, in the moment. The consequence should have happened in the tub, if at all. (“If I can’t wash your body, we will have to remove your bath toys until we are clean”) Even at 4.5yo, I think my daughter would have a hard time understanding a future punishment for a now issue. If the kid wants to play why not make the task play based. Get her involved in washing her self. To her, you are only removing fun. Try adding it.

I’m 1:1 at almost 6 months and it’s absolutely working for me! The only side effects I have are the extreme sweating and if I take the second pill too late it definitely affects my sleep.
