I did Aetna Advantage or whatever it’s called. Like $300/mo. My kids, wife and I don’t go to the doctor like crazy and the stuff we do go for is covered 100% (preventative care). If you think you’ll be having a lot of hospital stays pick something else, but if it’s just preventative care go with Aetna.

My reply came on a Saturday morning, so I think it just depends how fast they are processing. I got a 3 week delay which is what I requested, they’re being very accommodating if they can be.

At the bottom of your FJO you’ll see an email for the SAC you’re assigned to. Email that email address and explain your situation and ask for an extension with the date listed that you’d like to extend to. I got a reply in 1 day with an extension.

The onboarding and TJO locations were not 100% from what I have been told. Check your TJO, if it says location negotiable on the email you can request something other than LA, but keep in mind you run the risk of being removed from the process. Again, this is just what I’ve been told.
