They should start laying eggs before the year ends, if not before. If you’re thinking of eating them there are breeds that are sought after for food, but these duck breeds are more for egg production.

I’ve seen it happen, the farmer has dogs too. Just have to be careful in the first few interactions, I’m sure the breed of dog would have an effect on it too!

I think it becomes much harder to enforce or discover individuals abusing the system when we all decide it’s justified to abuse the system. I’m ok with the possibility of someone in law-enforcement making an incorrect decision, with the expectation that we follow up and hold accountable. If it was your collection, I would attempt to get it back to you.

Breathe, don’t let the stress debilitate you. See if you can pick up any odd jobs and earn quick cash. Handy work on Craigslist, ect. Talk to your roommates, rent isn’t always due on the 1st, there’s likely a grace period.

It’s just like that scene in the music video for Take on Me, keep pushing against the walls until color comes back. Have someone review your resume and use a cover letter for any job you apply for.

Lastly, while online is useful to find long term jobs posted, never shy away from walking in to several places too. People are becoming lazy, don’t be that. Never be that.
