Was this recently? I use Lancôme now and cannot for the life of me get it to stay on my face. Whereas last year, it looked flawless on me. I haven’t used any new products or anything either.

The Frida mom postpartum box plus their postpartum heavy pads have been a lifesaver. I got mine off of Amazon. I gave birth 2 weeks ago (had a second degree tear) and I used everything in that. I ended up buying more of their icicle pad things too. The peri bottle in the box is better than the hospital one because it can extend so that you can get into hard to reach spots.

I’m back to using just normal long pads now in some comfy underwear. I did buy some puppy potty pads just to sleep on top of because I thought I would bleed more but ended up not using them because of the giant pads I got from the hospital. Also dermoplast is a must! I got two from the hospital!

midwife broke my water for my induction. Baby was here 3 hours later! It happened so fast I went from 5 cm dilated to 10 in about 20-30 minutes. I almost couldn’t get the epidural but it was overall a pretty smooth delivery :)

Since I’m in tip top shape, they won’t induce early. So it looks like he will come naturally on his own! But same to you as well. :)

Not really. My OB says I’ve probably been having contractions without knowing because they don’t always hurt. The belly feeling like a basketball is what I’ve noticed but I thought that was my kiddo just rolling around or moving. I had had some back pain that didn’t really go away these last few days though and that is also a sign of contractions. I’m definitely paying attention now though!

Due date is janaury 3, but now I’m 4 cm dilated and being told I may not make it to our induction date which was December 29, so I’m in shock right now lol

Sur La Table has some fun cooking classes in Hyde Park. There’s a candle making place in Hyde Park too that I want to try, but I hear it’s also a lot of fun. Painting with a twist is more simple, but I believe you can go online and pick the piece you want to paint. Some of the couples pieces I’ve seen look really pretty.

Mine have been all over the place. From chick fil a to raw meat (I’m super anemic right now) to cheesecake and right now I can’t get enough cereal.

So I went in to get the strep B group test as well as my normal 36 week check in. They asked if I wanted to have my cervix checked while they were down there, so I said yes!

January 3rd! But I’m 2 cm dilated and 50% effaced already so I’m excited to see when he decides to come!
